We invest heavily in continuous education. Every team member receives OSHA and tower-climber certifications, equipment-specific training, and annual refreshers covering fall protection, rigging, welding safety, confined spaces, and emergency response. Our in-house and third-party trainers ensure our crews exceed all federal, state, and customer safety requirements.
